Thank you for trusting me to be your life coach. Before we begin, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Client Confidentiality: I will maintain confidentiality in all sessions with you. I will not share any personal information with anyone else without your permission except as required by law.
2. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for your own actions and decisions. I will not be held liable for any decisions or actions you take due to my coaching. We both agree that I am here as a support and a resource, but I have made no claims to know more than you. Staying within your values and inner knowing when making decisions is important.
3. Communication: Communication is essential for a successful coaching relationship. You agree to communicate honestly and openly with me and actively participate in all coaching sessions.
4. Marco Polo and Email Support: I provide coaching in between sessions via Marco Polo or Email. Although I may answer outside these hours, my business hours are 9 AM - 4 PM MT, Monday through Friday. I will reply the next business day if a message is received outside these hours.
5. Cancellation Policy: I require at least 6 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. If you do not provide sufficient notice, the session will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
6. Lateness and Session no-shows: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited. If you are 15 min late to your session, we will meet until the scheduled end time (the late minutes will count against your session length).
7. Session Length: Each session is 45 minutes. We will stay within this time frame to respect your time (mine). If the session seems to last a few minutes longer, and we both have availability, I will ask if you are okay with staying a few extra minutes before assuming you have the time.
8. Payment: Payment is due before each session and is non-refundable. Coaching sessions may be postponed or canceled if payment is not received promptly. This includes declined payment plans.
9. 3-month contracts: I want you to be 100% satisfied with our coaching relationship. If you want to discontinue the contract, let's discuss why you would like to end the contract. I prefer we work together to make it a beneficial experience for you. If we mutually agree to break this contract, the refund will only be pro-rated for unused sessions.
10. Scope of Coaching: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. I do not diagnose, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment. If at any time during the coaching process, I believe that you may benefit from therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, I will let you know.
